To Do #1 - Remind x2: Join the TWO Remind lists. These are NEW groups for this year. Text the message "@htf25" to the number 81010 to join the distance runners' list. Then text the message "@h4bkek" to the number 81010 to join the overall Winter Track list. Parents can join too to stay informed.
To Do #3 - Cell Phone: I encourage you to have your cell phone while you run outdoors. (But not to use it.) The more phones we have out there, the safer we are. But holding your phone in your hand is a bad idea so get an arm band or running belt to hold your phone. Find one that A) fits your arm or waist, and B) fits your phone. You can get them on Amazon very easily. Then put the coaches' numbers into your phone so you can contact someone if an emergency or issue comes up on the road during practice.

To Do #4 - Training Tracking: If you have a GPS watch, consider posting your training on Strava, and if you do, join the "Hollidaysburg Distance Crew" group. If you have a Garmin watch or a Corros watch, text me and you and I can hook up a way that I can see your training. Unfortunately, Apple watches don't have any way for you to share your info with me. :(
