Summer Packet: This packet has a lot of information about summer runs and other stuff.
Summer Training Plans: Choose the level that is right for you. To earn a t-shirt, you have to do a higher plan than you did last year. 200-550 mile plans. Minimums for a shirt is 100 miles for junior high runners and 200 miles for high school runners.
Blank Summer Calendar: Use this blank calendar to keep track of your runs all summer. If it is a simple road run, just write the number of miles you did. Jot down the time it took if you want, or the pace. If it is a full workout, write down the basic details of what you did.
