Take 10-14 days off of running. Seriously. Do it.
Turn in your XC uniform and warmups as instructed a zillion times.
Listen for announcements about the start of Winter Track. We are tentatively planning to start practice on Monday, 11/17/25. There will be a meeting at the HS before that to kick things off.
Once we start back together I will have training plans for you that echo the Summer Miles plans.
The Results page has all team results, including on the full team spreadsheet.
The Training page has splits for all our workouts.
The Maps page has maps for all of our runs and workout loops.
And LHAC section standings will be found on the LHAC website (if they are updated).
