CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK
Today:
High School: No practice today. If you have felt anything but great lately, please take today off. It will benefit you.
Junior High: For those who do the CPR training, taking the day off of running is just fine at this point. The hay is in the barn, the work is done, and there is no more advancing your fitness. The only priority for those going on to Saturday is to feel great on Saturday. If you do come to practice today, we will do an R recovery run of 2-4 miles with Hops and barefoot drills afterwards.
